Return and Refund Policy for KOZYMALL
At Kozymall, we source all of our products directly from Australia & Canada and process orders only after customer confirmation. As such, we have specific conditions for returns and refunds:
Refund Conditions
- Refunds are only applicable if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- No refunds will be issued for change of mind or after an order has been confirmed.
Conditions for Returns
Inside Dhaka:
- Inspect your order in front of the delivery person.
- Take a video and pictures during unpacking.
- If any defects are found, inform our Customer Service Department immediately with the video and pictures.
Outside Dhaka:
- Take a video and pictures while unpacking.
- If defects are found, notify us immediately.
- Return the products within 2 days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be intact, except in cases of damage.
- Used or switched products will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
- For returns in exceptional circumstances, the customer must cover transportation costs.
Order Cancellation
- If we cancel your order or if products are out of stock, we will refund your full payment through the same payment method within 4 working days from the date we notify you about the cancellation. Customers typically receive order confirmation within 48 hours of placing an order.
Assurance
We assure our customers that no damaged products will be shipped. Kozymall takes pictures and videos of your products before handing them over to the delivery company.
