Shipping Policy for Kozymall

Kozymall offers shipping across Bangladesh. All of our products are shipped directly from our overseas warehouse, and delivery may take 2 to 6 weeks. However, based on our experience, we can assure our customers that it typically takes 3 to 4 weeks.

Delivery Details:

• Dhaka: We provide home delivery exclusively within Dhaka.
• Outside Dhaka: Customers in rural areas will need to collect their orders from their local SA Paribahan or Sundarban Courier service office.

Order Updates:

We prioritize keeping our customers informed about their order status. Here’s how we ensure transparency:

1. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, we will confirm it within 48 hours.
2. Order Pictures: You will receive pictures of your items within 2 to 7 days (often sooner) via WhatsApp or Messenger.
3. Courier Handover Notification: You will receive a notification once we hand over your order to our trusted courier service (within 1 to 2 weeks).
4. Customs Update: We will inform you once your order has cleared Bangladesh customs and reached our warehouse (within 2 to 5 weeks).
5. Local Courier Tracking: Finally, we will update you once we hand over your order to a local courier company, including tracking details (within 48 hours of arrival at our warehouse in Bangladesh).

Delays
