We are an online store only, based primarily in Sydney, Australia and Dhaka Bangladesh but our services are also available in the United States, Canada, and UK.

What does pre-order mean?

Pre-order means the product is in production ends, soon it will be delivered to us. For pre-order we charge 40-60% depending on the products.

Can I order Online?

Yes, you can. Please visit our website, FB page, or Instagram.

Are your products genuine?

At Kozymall we are proud to offer genuine branded cosmetics. In Australia it is illegal to sell counterfeit or fake items. We would never engage in this practice. We guarantee that all our products are authentic and genuine.

How come your prices are so cheap?

We use our unique relationships with cosmetic manufacturers, local distributors, overseas partners, clearance houses, and retail stores, to get the best price on cosmetics that are available.

Are your products genuine?

Yes, we collect all products from authentic manufacturers. If the product says it Pakistani kameez that means we bought it from Pakistan. Normally, we source all our products from Pakistan, Bangladesh and India. We can guarantee our customers that all our products are 100% high quality. The model photos on the website are sourced directly from the manufacturers.

Do you have stitching options?

Yes, we do have. Please check the product page. When you place the order please our price chart and select the size then proceed to order.

How can I make changes to or customize a dress?

Yes, you can. For that please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

What are the shipping charges?

In Australia, Free shipping when you spend over $50.

In Bangladesh, Free shipping.

Elsewhere, we charge a minimum fee.

How do I know if my order was shipped yet?

We will send you an email as soon as your dress has been shipped, with the appropriate tracking information.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered to me?

Subcontinental clothing:

Unstitched items are delivered worldwide in 1 week.

Stitched items are delivered worldwide in 2-3 weeks. In most cases, we are able to deliver in less than 2-3 weeks, contact us if your order is urgent. In some rare cases the delivery can take a few days extra – please contact us, before ordering, if you need delivery in no more than 2 weeks.

Pre-order items:

Depends on the products. Please contact us for estimated information.

However some international products may take up to 90 business days to ship, since these products originate from our Overseas warehouse.

My order was shipped, but I haven’t received it yet.

Please allow up to 1 week for delivery. If your items were marked as shipped, and you haven’t received them even after the delivery date as shown on the tracking page, you should contact us.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, but contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to. We cannot change the shipping address once the items have been dispatched.
